NOTE:

Cityscape Route is called Cityscape Routes because there are plenty of farm stands in addition to vineyards. Both cityscape & countryside routes are backroads rides as much as possible (not to be mistaken for off road cycling). Both will offer a fun & wonderful day enjoying the best of the north fork and escaping the city.

Countryside Route: Most countryside routes will bring you on a  backroad ride cycling up closer to the Peconic Bay. Also, less farm stands on this side of town (On Sunday fewer are open). Nature abounds on countryside routes, particularly on 14, 15, and 19 mile.

All routes offer 4 food options with a short description of each. All routes offer a minimum of 2 vineyards and the greater the distance the more robust the experience will be including beach stops, farm stops and amount of vineyards/brewery's you will cycle past.

Looking to make a stop at a Brewery? Cityscape 15 Mile or 19 Mile Countryside accomplish that.

*** In order to enjoy GPS Navigation to your phone make sure to book your appointment at least 72 hours before departure time. Space is limited and the digital route plan requires some light effort on your end and ours prior to our arrival. You will receive an email with directions approximately 2 days prior to your scheduled departure. This must be completed at least  24 hours before arrival to shop.

Cityscape 7 Mile Route: A shorter cycling ride that will bring you 3-4 vineyard options, as well as lunch stop suggestions, and a visit to one of the North Fork's oldest farm stands.
Longer Description: Interested in a shorter cycling ride that will bring you 3 vineyard options, as well as lunch stop suggestions that are along the way plus a couple of more that are in the small charming town of Mattituck and just around the corner from our shop. Also a visit to one of the North Fork's oldest farm stands?!
There's a little bit more action on this side of town which includes varieties of different farm stands and some lovely vineyards.
Note: Most vineyards don't open until 11 a.m so keep in mind when picking your appointment time.

Countryside 8.5: A shorter route through the backroads while cycling past a couple of our favorite boutique vineyards, lush countryside, farms, and 4 great restaurants.
On this 8.5 Mile Countryside Route, you'll go cycling through the backroads where you can visit 2 of our favorite vineyards, & enjoy the lush green vineyards and fields on your route which are the essence of the North Fork.
At these vineyards, you can sit, relax, and indulge. If you'd like to stop for lunch upon your return, this route plan has you covered with several 'good eats' which are all within walking distance from our store and are highly recommended.

Cityscape 10 Mile: Cycle the charming backroads with views of the Peconic Bay and some picturesque channels full of boats and backyard charm. This mostly flat ride will take you to special vineyards, including some suggestions for a tasty lunch.
Cruise along the charming backroads of the north fork with views of the Peconic Bay and picturesque channels full of boats and backyard charm. This mostly flat ride will get you to some very special vineyards and includes suggestions for a lunch stop if you choose.... and of course, there are plenty of farm stands to choose from on this route!

Countryside 10.5: Cycle along the back roads, taking in and enjoying enchanting farmlands and boutique vineyards. This route also offers stops at local recommended restaurants that you may choose to indulge in.
Uncork an adventure on this 10.5 Mile bike route! Cycle a relaxing ride on relatively flat terrain and enjoy your time at the boutique vineyards. Several lunch recommendations are also included on this route.
Enjoy a stop to a lovely - and not your standard - farm stand stop.
Most vineyards don't open until 11 a.m. so please keep in mind when booking appointment.

Countryside 14 Mile: Take a journey on a country route & indulge at a couple of our favorite boutique vineyards! Breathtaking route with a charming beach, & several restaurant suggestions.
Cycling this countryside you will enjoy stops at vineyards, a charming beach, and two great restaurant options (one overlooking the Peconic Bay). Visit two boutique vineyards that are quite different from each other and both lovely.
Halfway through your ride and before lunch, you will pass a number of different vineyards - all of which you can visit if you desire. Once you arrive in the lunch stop area, the remaining part of the ride is pure cycling through the beautiful countryside with some great views!
This route leads your ride through a gorgeous nature preserve where you may observe ospreys, geese, and more. This scenic ride will reinvigorate you and might be just what you needed!

Cityscape 15 Mile:  ride you'll cycle the residential tree-lined backroads which feature a combination of some charming inlets as well as open farm land. There are plenty of vineyards to visit along this route, some restaurants if you choose to stop for food, and even a brewery!

Enjoy one very special vineyard on a side street that is just lovely, and another one we recommend which is filled with flowers & beauty.  There's a little bit more action on this side of town which includes varieties of different farm stands.

Countryside 15 Mile: While cycling the countryside you will enjoy stops at vineyards, a charming beach, and 2 great restaurant options (one overlooking the Peconic Bay). You'll visit two boutique vineyards that are quite different from each other and both lovely.

This breathtaking backroad ride weaves through a nature preserve where you may observe ospreys, geese, and more. This scenic ride may reinvigorate you and be just what you needed! 

Cityscape 17 Mile: This route offers a little workout with your wine! The mostly flat ride features a couple of rolling hills (nothing crazy!) through backroads on a ride past residential neighborhoods, along tree-lined roads, and features a beach in the distance. You'll cycle by a quaint little inlet with boats and yards as well as some marshlands for a picturesque view and the chance to even view some wildlife.

Cruise past some farmland and a relaxing beach where you can refuel and take in the tranquil Peconic Bay. At the furthest point, indulge at a French-influenced countryside vineyard. Make your way back with a number of other vineyards and farm stands to enjoy along the way!

Countryside 19 Mile: Ready for a Workout with your Wine? Take in the Beauty & tranquility of this wonderful ride to some of our favorite hand picked vineyards and Brewery. This is a relatively flat ride with a couple of rolling hills. Nature abounds on this magnificent route as you cycle through a nature preserve, with stunning marshlands and winding roads!

Cycle on backroads alongside green pastures and a stretch of lush green vineyards. Enjoy a farm stand with local fruits and veggies which help craft the perfect cycling experience through wine country. Stop at a Brewery and a couple special boutique vineyards, each with their own character and style.
